And I have no problem whipping up chocolate brownies! But what annoys me the most is :
What I know, I don't do! What is that about. I have the knowledge. I believe I have the desire.
I have the resource for strength (Power in the spoken Word). But, no.... like an addict I throw it all aside and slam down even the brownie dough. So, that's why I need to NOT give up. NOT give in when I fail. I will now go and exercise my booty! I will now confess, I don't like how I feel when I eat Sweets! I will confess that I would rather of had something healthy to eat. I would rather have an apple! I love Apples. I want to marry an apple (oh my I'm on a sugar high!)
