Re-FRAME IT - Fear or Fatih

It  yesterday I choose to  listened to Caroline Leaf MD on (youtube)while driving.

What I took away from listening was to "take captive" my thoughts. AWARENESS of my thought life.

This is scriptural and powerful.  This is an action that needs to take place every moment with every thought.  It is a behavior that needs to become habitual.  It is the difference between living in fear or living in faith.  Living in discord or living in harmony.  Living in defeat or living in Victory.

I say "RE-FRAME it"

When we face a situation  or anticipate a possible situation we create a picture in our mind.  The picture is created by the core of who we are.  Our Values, our experience, our self being.

So, Take captive the thoughts and have self awareness… is the picture  in your mind
one of Fear or Faith?
Framed in FEAR
Framed in FAITH

This is critical to our wellbeing.

If  it is a picture of Fear then "Re-Frame"with FAITH.

The circumstances or issues may not change but the picture is now framed in Faith.  This will  dispel the negative anxious feelings associated  with the picture and replaces it with hope, courage and  a positive energy.

Faith is what we believe in….
If you believe you are a child of a living God
If you   believe you were created to love
If you   believe that all things are possible in Him, who created you
If you believe that God is in Control of all things
If you believe that you were created for a purpose

Then, begin to detoxify your thought life with negative thoughts (words) and take hold of Life as it was meant to be.
Full of Love, Peace, Joy and Being.

Please , take a moment to read below and I hope may it bring truth to your soul.

75% to 95% of the illnesses that plague us today are a direct result of our thought life. What we think about affects us physically and emotionally. It's an epidemic of toxic emotions.
The average person has over 30,000 thoughts a day. Through an uncontrolled thought life, we create the conditions for illness; we make ourselves sick! Research shows that fear, all on its own, triggers more than 1,400 known physical and chemical responses and activates more than 30 different hormones. There are INTELLECTUAL and MEDICAL reasons to FORGIVE! Toxic waste generated by toxic thoughts causes the following illnesses: diabetes, cancer, asthma, skin problems and allergies to name just a few. Consciously control your thought life and start to detox your brain!
