Reach for the Brass Ring

While taking a 10,000 step walk the other morning, I watched a young women (in her 30's) jog past me.   She came to a large bank of stairs and S P R I N T E D up the stairs two steps at a time.  two steps at a time. two steps at a time.  two steps at a time.   

Dang!   I started out last year with making a goal of being more active and exercising everyday for at minimum 15 minutes.

Well, I reach my goal..... DUMB!

It smacked  me like the moon hitting my eye like a big pizza pie!

I set my Goal ToOOOOoooo low!  Ok ok so it was good to start of slow but geese louise One year later - what a great lesson to learn (sorry it took me a year + to get it)

So, I set some new goals! 
REACH HIGHER!
 I will think more of myself to believe in myself and make it happen.  

If it's to be it's up to me.

One year from today
Physically,  I will be jogging 1 mile without passing out and be able to sprint up those stairs!

While I'm at it... One year from today I will be at my ideal weight (no, I'm not saying it!)  ok,  here's accountability 55.791 kg (you do the math)

Mentally I WILL read a book a month (dang I start books and do not finish them... maybe cause I jump around and never start on the first page and work to the end)
AND I will be ACLS certified by the end of this summer.

Spiritually I WILL be reading a Praying every day for 1.2 hrs a day (tithe 10% of my day to the Lord)  .... Yes that will be 30 in the morning , 20 minutes at noon 30 minutes before bed.   YES,  I know that if my spiritual man is anemic it will impact me physically and mentally.

Just like when your physically not healthy it impacts you mentally/emotionally an spiritually.
Or when you mentally cook-coo it will impact you physically and spiritually.

IT's ALL CONNECT  
So get Balanced and Get on Board

Ok,  Jump on board and make the commitment for EASTER.  Heck, golly gee why is New Years the only holiday to make a fresh start.

If you don't believe in yourself, how can you expect others to believe in you
