self awareness is a gift

It's a curious thing….

It is a curious thing how an emotional pain is like having the inside of our body seem like a dark windy day.  It moves through us draining our energy and joy.

This sensation should be like a tower bell going off in our minds… clanging the words  "Where is your hope?" "Where is your joy?"

This is why I say….

"self awareness" is a gift we give ourselves

It only comes when you stop and take in a deep breath and slowing exhale in an effort to  take control of the moment

Then centering your thoughts on what is true….. Feeding on the True Word of Life.  Ingesting Truth  and therefore eliminating  the dark windy feelings stirring in your body.

"All truth is parallel "

Just as it is vitally important to your body to eat nutrient rich foods with fiber to keep your bowels clean and eliminate "waste"  and detox your body…

so it's just as vitally important  for you  to  ingest Truth.  As Truth enters it cascades through your soul into every cell and sweeps and away and eliminates the toxic thoughts that rob and destroy our peace and joy.  The Truth then brings nutrients and energy to face the moments in our life.

Jesus is the "living word"  ingest his words… take the Truths in the "living word" that bring life, healing and hope.  Allow the sweet words of Christ to swiftly and tenderly remove the dark and windy area's of your soul.

There is Healing in His word….

These are my thoughts today….

BALANCE your LIFE

                                     Physical,  Mental, Spiritual

John 15:4-7King James Version (KJV)

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
