How to lose weight or GO GREEN

Ok, all the talk about "how did you loose weight"?

It's not a diet, it's not an exercise machine....

It's a LIFESTYLE CHANGE  -  One day at a time!  (Baby steps)

Making a commitment to get your MIND, SPIRiT and Body detoxed from bad habits and developing Healthy Habits.  (one year of blogging on this)

Cereal grasses, vegetables, fruits, seeds and sprouts all depend upon the energy of the sun for their very existence, and they are the most efficient means to transfer the sun's energy to animals and humans. 


Wheatgrass juice:  loaded with minerals, proteins, antioxidant enzymes, and chlorophyll


Parsley, eaten or juiced, is a great source of chlorophyll and wonderful internal breath mint.
